What happens to my data?

Your data is secured and submitted directly to us. Your data is only used to get you signed up for the best deal. The data is only held for as long as it is need under GDPR and then non-essential information is deleted. Additional information on data is found our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).

How is the service free?

Yes. It costs you nothing but 5 minutes of your time entering data. We will get back to you with choices, you make a choice, we do all the administration and you make a donation to hopefully a project close to you.

Do I have to input a code (known code as a Power-2B code)?

No, by not entering a code it will not affect your electricity deal. You will still get the best deal for you and your family’s lifestyle.

What happens after you've submitted the form?

Staff at the Focused Hub - Power-2B Section will look at the deals available, weigh up the information you have provided and suggest a number of options. They will call you to discuss. You make all the decisions and our staff will carry up all the administration and organise the switch. They will also confirm who you want the donation to go to.

Can I choose a Power-2B code randomly for the list provided under Supported Bodies?

No, your organisation, group or community’s energy champion should provide you with a code for you to enter. However, as stated in 3 above, this will not stop you getting the best electricity deal that suit you and your family’s lifestyle.

Can I opt-out at any time?

Most energy contracts last for one year, however you do have a ‘cooling off’ period of two weeks from when you agreed to the contract.
